Ingredients: red rooibos (70.6%), elderberries, flavouring, white chocolate (3.5%)(sugar, dried whole milk , cocoa butter, emulsifier soy lecithins, flavouring), raspberries, hibiscus, cocoa beans, heather flowers. May contain traces of nuts.

Preparation guidelines: Use 10 g of the blend (approx. 6 even tsp) for 1 l of freshly boiled water. Allow to infuse for 5 minutes. Then strain.
