Antiflu - herbal mix

"Antiflu" tea contains a unique combination of herbs with a strong anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antifungal, antiparasitic, astringent and diuretic effect. Created to support health, the tea has a mild, pleasant aroma and taste that would appeal to everyone.
Ingredients: lime blossom, elderflowers, purple coneflowers, meadowsweet, mullein flowers, thyme. Lime blossom contributes towards normal function of the respiratory tract, perspiration, relaxation and sleep. Elderflowers contribute towards excretion - detoxification of the body. It is recommended to follow a varied, well-balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Preparation guidelines: Allow 2.5 g (approx. 2 heaped tsp) of the blend for 250 ml of freshly boiled water and leave it to infuse for 8-10 minutes; sieve and serve. Drink 1-2 times a day.
