This Chinese tea is also known as Xiao Tuo Cha or Small Bowl Tea. It is compressed into a shape of a very neat wasps nest. This tea gives a surprisingly rich and sweet infusion with a full body and smooth finish.

Preparation guidelines: Use one piece for 400 ml of water. Add freshly boiled water and leave it to infuse for 3 min. Strain and serve. Suitable for 3 infusions.
