Organic Tapioca Starch

Tapioca starch is extracted from the roots of the tropical cassava plant, called the pungent "cassava". White in color and neutral in taste, this exotic starch is a suitable ingredient in a variety of baked goods.

How to use: Use as a thickener for soups, sauces and creams or add to gluten-free recipes for a stickier texture. Successfully replaces cornstarch - simply replace each tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of tapioca flour. It's a sub-code for making puddings.
