Raw Milk Thistle Tahini. Finely ground Milk Thistle seed particles with an increased content of the beneficial properties characteristic of Milk Thistle. Suitable for direct use, without heat treatment. Stir before use!

Tahini can be consumed directly, added to breakfast, in muesli, sauces, smoothies, combined with honey /a variety for children's breakfast on a slice of bread or on slices of fruit/, as well as in any other way that you like and find delicious!

How to use: for direct consumption, mixed with equal parts honey or for preparing dressings.
